Propmentis is a real estate advisory business run by Muhammed Maazen Hussain (MSME registered, Tamil Nadu RERA Agent No. TN/AGENT/0243/2026), serving clients across India and NRIs globally. This policy explains how we handle your information when you use www.propmentis.com or contact us.

What we collect: Your name, phone, email, city, requirement (buy/sell/invest), budget, and any message you send us — collected only when you fill our enquiry form or contact us directly. We also collect basic technical data (like IP address) for site security. We don’t use tracking cookies, Google Analytics, or ad pixels.

How we use it: To respond to your enquiry, connect you with an advisor, provide advisory/documentation support, and send updates if you’ve opted into our WhatsApp community.

How we share it: We never sell your data. We share it only with our team, developers/partners (if you ask about their project), our in-house lawyer (if you need legal support), or when the law requires it.

WhatsApp & Communications: By submitting your details, you agree we can contact you by call, SMS, email, or WhatsApp — even if your number is on DND — to respond to your enquiry. WhatsApp community updates are separate and optional; you can leave anytime.

Your rights: You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, or withdraw consent, anytime by emailing info@propmentis.com. Depending on where you’re based, you may have rights under India’s DPDP Act, GDPR (EU/UK), or CCPA (California).

Data retention & security: We keep your data only as long as needed and take reasonable steps to protect it, though no system is 100% secure.

This Agreement is between you and Propmentis, a sole proprietorship owned by Muhammed Maazen Hussain, holding Tamil Nadu RERA Agent Registration TN/AGENT/0243/2026 (approved 30.06.2026). By using our Website or Services, you agree to these terms.

What we do: Propmentis is a by-appointment advisory desk — not a public listings marketplace. We help with property acquisitions, resale/exit advisory, investment advisory, NRI documentation (FEMA/RBI, NRE/NRO, POA support), and legal/due-diligence coordination.

RERA: Our RERA registration covers us as an agent in Tamil Nadu. It does not certify any specific project — always verify a project’s own RERA status independently.

Not financial/legal advice: Anything we share is for general reference. Consult a qualified professional before making legal, tax, or investment decisions.

Fees: All consultations and enquiries are completely free.

Your responsibilities: Give us accurate information, don’t misrepresent yourself, and use independent judgment before any transaction — just as you would offline.

Third parties: Any transaction with a developer or partner we introduce is between you and them. We don’t guarantee project approvals, pricing, or outcomes.

Liability: Our Services are provided “as-is.” Neither the Proprietor nor Propmentis is liable for losses arising from third-party actions, site/communication issues, or any transaction you enter into with a third party.

Indemnity: You agree to cover reasonable losses we incur due to your breach of this Agreement or misuse of the Website.

Governing law: Indian law; Chennai courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
