Our Markets
Two markets.
A closer understanding.
Clients around the world. Focused property conversations in India and the UAE.
Choose India or UAE to explore the market.
India
The city is only the beginning.
These are starting points for a brief, not rankings or recommendations to buy in a particular area.

India
Bengaluru
Areas to discuss: Whitefield, Sarjapur Road and north Bengaluru
Start with the journeys your household makes each week. Compare the actual last-mile route, everyday services and the building’s water and maintenance arrangements. A neighbourhood name alone is not enough to establish practical access.
India
Chennai
Areas to discuss: Adyar, OMR and Porur
Decide whether you want an established residential setting or a home along a different work corridor. Ask about drainage, building condition, access roads and the complete route to work or family. Review the exact property documents.
India
Mumbai
Areas to discuss: Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai
Treat these as different location choices rather than one interchangeable market. Compare usable space, ownership and society documentation, recurring charges and door-to-door travel before deciding what a price buys you.
India
Hyderabad
Areas to discuss: Gachibowli, Kondapur and Kokapet
Compare completed neighbourhood amenities with promised infrastructure. Check the specific approach roads, surrounding construction and the condition or delivery record of the development. Match the location to your actual daily routine.
India
Pune
Areas to discuss: Baner, Wakad and Kharadi
Start with your workplace and family needs, then compare suitable neighbourhoods. Visit approach roads and the immediate surroundings. For investment, define the tenant you expect to serve and allow for vacancy and maintenance.
India
Delhi NCR
Areas to discuss: Delhi, Gurugram and Noida
NCR spans distinct jurisdictions. Establish the property’s location and applicable authority first, then compare title, approvals, completion status, recurring costs and the journeys that matter to you. Do not carry one city’s documentation checklist unchanged into another.
United Arab Emirates
Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Distinct markets, specific questions.
Begin with intended use, ownership eligibility and the exact community. A familiar UAE address is not a substitute for reviewing the building, the developer and the terms of purchase.

Dubai
Compare established urban districts, waterfront communities and newer development areas through the same brief. Dubai Marina and JBR, Downtown Dubai and Jumeirah offer different settings; examine daily access and the particular building before narrowing the search.
For off-plan options, review official project information, registration and escrow arrangements. For completed homes, condition, title, tenancy and recurring costs need attention.
Visit Dubai: neighbourhood guideAbu Dhabi
Saadiyat Island offers a cultural and coastal context, Yas Island a leisure and entertainment setting, and Al Reem Island an urban residential environment. Test each against your routines rather than choosing from destination imagery alone.
Confirm the property’s ownership category and your eligibility through Abu Dhabi’s authorities. DARI distinguishes investment areas from developmental areas; Dubai procedures should not be assumed to apply here.
ADREC / DARI: ownership eligibilityBefore you shortlist
- Confirm ownership eligibility and the legal identity of the project and seller.
- Compare service charges, maintenance, payment timing and financing needs.
- Check what is delivered today and what remains a future commitment.
- Treat residency as a separate application, not an automatic benefit of purchase.
