In either market, start by confirming eligibility, funding arrangements and the documents required for the particular transaction. We coordinate with the relevant professionals and developer or seller. A power of attorney, remote meeting or electronic signature should never be assumed to work for every step.
India-specific NRI guidance
NRI and OCI buyers have their own India-related documentation and banking questions. Keep these distinct from general international buying advice. Review your status, permitted property type, payment arrangements and any proposed authority given to a representative with the appropriate professionals.
UAE-specific preparation
